Occasionally you may be required to commute to our nearest office for in person engagement activities such as business or team meetings, training and culture events.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of CareCredit’s partnership strategy within the healthcare payments ecosystem, creating a scalable and structured program that maximizes impact.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and business development to design and execute dynamic partnership campaigns that accelerate network growth and channel opportunities.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and proactive partner to operational and executive stakeholders, nurturing long-term collaborations that foster mutual success.

  • Act as a bridge between internal teams (sales, product, provider experience, IT, operations), facilitating strategic alignment to surpass business goals and deliver exceptional partner experiences.

  • Lead partners seamlessly through CareCredit integration and ongoing engagement. Establish effective cadences such as business reviews and performance check-ins that ensure evolving success and growth beyond expectations.

  • and empower functional teams to meet enterprise-level partnership demands, and partner with leadership to build capabilities that support large-scale strategic growth.

  • Collaborate across internal and partner ecosystems to define and amplify expanded solution offerings, charting new paths for partnership-driven innovation.

  • Own communications at all levels within partner organizations, anticipating needs and fostering proactive, transparent dialogue.

  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Business Management) OR in lieu of completed degree, must have at least 10 years’ relevant work experience

  • Proven success in business-to-business sales experience, and influencing at the C-level

  • Track record of building and scaling partners/enterprise accounts that drive growth

  • Demonstrated collaboration, project management, problem-solving, quantitative and qualitative analysis skills

  • Ability to negotiate and navigate complex partner structures (tech + commercial) and align diverse stakeholders internally and externally

  • Strong understanding of the healthcare software market and patient financing landscape

  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.

  • Travel required, up to 30%

  • Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required

Desired Characteristics:

  • Masters Business Administration and or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years in partnerships, business development, or ecosystem leadership in SaaS, healthcare tech, or fintech

  • Strong critical thinking skills with an ability to creatively develop solutions that address partner and provider needs

  • Ability to work in complex matrix organizations and drive deep relationships with all stakeholders to deliver results.

Grade/Level: 13

                                                                      

The salary range for this position is 130,000.00 – 210,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.

Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.

Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • You must be 18 years or older

  • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent

  • You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process

  • You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.

  • New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles.  Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles.  Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post.  All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).
