Role Summary/Purpose:
We are seeking an accomplished Executive Support Leader to design, lead, and optimize digital workplace solutions tailored for executive leadership, enhancing productivity, enabling seamless operations, and advancing our organization’s strategic goals. This position oversees the executive technology support function—including technology for leadership meetings, personal device support, and overall executive technology experience—and actively drives improvements in executive engagement and satisfaction across the enterprise.
You will be the key liaison delivering innovative, secure, and intuitive technology solutions, ensuring a world-class experience for executive leadership. Collaboration across business units and meticulous technology coordination for high-impact events—such as Board meetings, Earnings calls, and other C-suite meetings—are central to this role.
This role is located in our Stamford Headquarters and requires the person to be in the office 5 days a week.
Essential Responsibilities:

Develop, champion, and execute the Executive Technology Experience strategy, delivering a superior digital experience for C-suite leaders.

Serve as the primary point of contact for executive technology enablement, overseeing issue resolution, device management, secure remote access, and proactive support.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of specialized support professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Oversee all technology aspects for executive events, including Board meetings, Earnings calls, and offsite/destination meetings, ensuring seamless audio-visual and technical support.

Collaborate cross-functionally with executive event planning, Investor Relations, and technology teams to ensure the highest levels of support and event execution.

Actively engage with executive assistants and other support partners to address the evolving needs of executive leadership.

Identify and recommend new technologies and innovations to further enhance the executive digital experience.

Monitor and communicate technology rollouts and changes to the executive community, ensuring clarity and confidence throughout transitions.

Develop and maintain performance metrics and executive-level reporting, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

Provide direct technology support to executives during business hours and as needed for after-hours events.

Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, maintaining a forward-thinking executive technology strategy.

Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
-
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience supporting executive leadership (C-suite) within medium to large organizations.

Extensive hands-on knowledge of end-user technologies, including Windows and Mac laptops, mobile devices, conference platforms, and Boardroom AV systems.

Demonstrated success leading high-performing teams and delivering cross-functional technology initiatives.

Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and become a strategic advisor for executive clients.

Proven organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage complex projects and achieve strategic outcomes.

Bachelor’s degree and at least 8+ years of IT experience, OR in lieu of degree, at least 12 years of IT experience with a High School Diploma/GED.

Willingness and ability to work onsite at the Stamford headquarters full-time.

Grade/Level: 13
The salary range for this position is 130,000.00 – 210,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.
Eligibility Requirements:

You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process

You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.

New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).
