Role Summary/Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our Agile Delivery team for Financial Applications and primarily for our Oracle ERP Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure smooth collaboration between business, technical teams, and stakeholders spread across multiple locations. You will play a critical role in driving Agile best practices tailored for Oracle ERP Cloud projects, enabling timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for Oracle ERP Cloud teams.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, Functional Consultants, and QA to ensure clear understanding of user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Act as a servant leader and coach to Agile teams, promoting Agile principles, continuous improvement, and self-organization.
- Identify, track, and remove impediments blocking team progress and escalate issues as needed.
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies and manage stakeholder communication, with an emphasis on offshore/onshore collaboration.
- Monitor team metrics and provide transparent reporting to management and stakeholders.
- Support capacity planning and sprint forecasting to optimize delivery.
- Assist in Oracle ERP Cloud releases and deployment coordination within Agile frameworks.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance among distributed teams.
- Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Information Technology or, in lieu of the Bachelor's degree, a minimum of 4 years of experience in Information
- Minimum of 2 year of previous experience as a Scrum Master or in project management leading Agile teams working on configurable solutions, software products, or cloud “as a service” products
- Minimum 3 years of financial services experience
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in the proactive, passionate improvement of software development process and practices to optimize business value delivery. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent a plus.
- Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
Desired Characteristics:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development projects, preferably with Oracle ERP Cloud implementations or other ERP solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies.
- Familiarity with Oracle ERP Cloud modules and implementation lifecycle is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage distributed teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive resolution of impediments.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
- Experience working in offshore or distributed Agile teams is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.
Grade/Level: 11
The salary range for this position is 90,000.00 - 155,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.

You will be required to commute to your nearest Hub (either virtual or physical) for in-person engagement activities such as regular business or team meetings, training and culture events.

Eligibility Requirements:
- You must be 18 years or older
- You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
- You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
- New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).
