- DevSecOps & SRE practices: Implement CI/CD automation, security controls, resiliency engineering, and operational best practices to reduce incidents and improve production stability.
- Agile delivery leadership: Drive PI/iteration planning for the team, coordinate with partner teams/vendors on dependencies, and ensure deliverables align with program priorities.
- Observability & incident management: Build and enhance monitoring, alerting, logging, and tracing; participate in on-call/incident response, improve MTTR, and track SLIs/SLOs to measure reliability outcomes.
- Team mentorship: Mentor junior engineers, perform code reviews, enforce engineering standards, and promote continuous improvement across development and DevOps practices.
- Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with product owners, security, infrastructure, and enterprise teams to deliver authentication and file transfer enhancements and support broader program goals.
Required Skills/Knowledge:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience with Transmit Authentication platforms, including common integration patterns and onboarding/support models.
- Solid understanding of IAM concepts and security policies, including access controls and secure authentication/authorization practices.
- Strong working knowledge of AWS, containers, and Kubernetes/EKS, with practical exposure to cloud migration and modernization approaches.
- Demonstrated leadership and execution in DevOps/DevSecOps/SRE practices: CI/CD automation, resiliency patterns, incident management, and operational runbooks.
