Organizational Overview: Performance Marketing India team works closely with the marketing team in the US to support a wide range of marketing activities, including campaign operations, creative services, project tracking, compliance, and vendor management. The team is involved in every step of the process, from customer acquisition to providing marketing offers and regular updates to keep customers engaged with Synchrony.
Role Summary/Purpose:
The Cardholder Documents Team oversees the creation, updating and maintenance of various content and communications. We are a seeking a Platform Manager to use Marketing Technology to create, update and maintain digital & print regulatory required collateral for Private Label & bankcard Products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, update and test regulatory-required cardholder documents using relevant Martech.
- Consistently maintain a 99.9 accuracy level for templates, content blocks, and documents.
- Manage the tactical execution of multiple online and printed templates for internal clients using Workfront to obtain required approvals.
- Ensure content, templates and documents meet client requirements, SYF/Client brand standards, channel requirements, legal and regulatory guidelines.
- Create or modify XML, Schema Definitions (XSD) as needed to create and/or update content blocks, templates, and documents
- Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate results to various levels of the organization.
Required Skills/Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s degree with 1 to 2 years of overall or in lieu of bachelor's degree, High School diploma and 4+ years of quality assurance testing experience in credit cards/banking domain.
- 1+ years of XML, XSD, Data Model and JavaScript experience.
- 1+ years of HTML, CSS and Oracle Database experience.
- 1+ years of Project Management, preferably Agile.
Desired Skills/Knowledge:
- Analytical thinking.
- Adobe InDesign experience.
- Familiarity with automation tools.
- Familiarity with Generative AI tools.
- Strong problem solving, analysis and reporting skills.
- Experience working in and navigating a highly regulated business.
Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor’s degree with 1 to 2 years of overall or in lieu of bachelor's degree, High School diploma and 4+ years of quality assurance testing experience in credit cards/banking domain.
Work Timings: 1:00PM to 10:00 PM IST
This role qualifies for Enhanced Flexibility offered in Synchrony India and will require the incumbent to be available between 06:00 AM Eastern Time – 11:30 AM Eastern Time (timings are anchored to US Eastern hours and will adjust twice a year locally). This window is for meetings with India and US teams. The remaining hours will be flexible for the employee to choose. Exceptions may apply periodically due to business needs)
