Organizational Overview
Corporate Affairs shapes and protects Synchrony’s reputation and strategic narrative across the audiences that influence our ability to grow—employees, partners, communities, media, and policymakers. Led by the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer, the function brings together executive communications and visibility, media relations and thought leadership, enterprise employee communications and engagement, event marketing, and content strategy. The team defines Synchrony’s enterprise story and positioning as a leading merchant, provider, and consumer payments ecosystem—powering the businesses that power American commerce and helping people access what matters most—then partners with leaders across the company to deliver that story consistently through major moments and everyday communications.
Role Summary
Senior Analyst- Creative Communications (L08) will serve as the organization’s visual storyteller and creative execution lead, responsible for conceptualizing and delivering high-quality multimedia assets across internal and external communication channels. This role blends graphic design expertise with publication design, SharePoint content management, multimedia production and digital storytelling to enhance employee engagement, leadership communications and brand experiences. From designing graphics for flagship events to overseeing the physical brand presence (OOH and Office Branding), you will ensure Synchrony’s voice and visual identity remain premium, consistent, and impactful.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Design & Visual Storytelling
- Conceptualize and design high-quality creative assets supporting internal communications, employee engagement and business priorities.
- Design a wide range of collaterals including presentations, newsletters, invitations, banners, infographics, social media creatives, digital signage and campaign assets.
- Translate communication objectives and business narratives into visually compelling and easy-to-understand designs.
- Ensure excellence in typography, layout, colour application, imagery and overall visual hierarchy.
- Develop and maintain creative templates and design standards that ensure consistency across all deliverables.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends and recommend innovative creative approaches.
Creative Multimedia, & Video Production
- Create and edit short-form videos, leadership messages, event highlight videos and multimedia content.
- Develop creative multimedia assets that support employee engagement, employer branding and executive communications.
- Optimize videos and visual assets for digital and social media channels.
- Explore emerging multimedia formats to enhance storytelling and audience engagement.
Executive Presentation Design
- Develop high-impact executive presentations and visual narratives for leadership engagements.
- Transform complex information into clear, impactful and story-led presentations.
- Support presentations for key leadership meetings, reviews and flagship initiatives.
Brand & Campaign Creative Support
- Design creative identities and assets for communication campaigns across multiple channels.
- Create visual assets for LinkedIn and other digital platforms to strengthen Synchrony’s employer brand and executive presence.
- Support branding initiatives including office branding, event branding and marketing collateral.
- Ensure all creative assets align with Synchrony’s global brand guidelines and visual standards.
Digital Experience Support
- Support the design and maintenance of SharePoint and intranet pages.
- Create engaging page layouts, banners, icons and supporting graphics.
- Partner with stakeholders to improve the overall employee digital experience through intuitive visual design.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in graphic design, creative services, multimedia communication, or visual storytelling.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign).
- Strong expertise in PowerPoint and executive presentation design.
- Hands-on experience in video editing and multimedia production using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of photography, composition and visual storytelling.
- Ability to translate business narratives into compelling creative assets.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Desired Skills :
- Experience in designing Experience creating content for employer branding, internal communications and executive communications.
- Experience designing social media creatives and digital-first campaigns.
- Working knowledge of SharePoint and intranet content publishing.
- Experience with motion graphics and animation tools such as Adobe After Effects.
- Experience working in a BFSI, technology, consulting or large matrixed organization.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's or master's degree in graphic design , Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in graphic design, creative services, multimedia communication , or visual storytelling.
Location – Hyderabad Office
Work Timings -12:00 PM – 9 :00 PM IST - ( Standard mid-shift, with flexibility required during flagship event cycles or for global stakeholder alignment ).
