Organizational Overview:
As part of HR team, the team you will be responsible for monitoring and executing requests from a shared ticketing system
Role Summary/Purpose:As part of HR Ops COE team you will be responsible for monitoring and executing requests from a shared ticketing system. You will work collaboratively with colleagues in Asia and the US to deliver a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and execute requests from a shared ticketing system
- Process Workday transactions according to standard operations procedures which include, but are not limited to, job requisition reviews/approvals, new hire processing, job changes, organizational changes, position management, compensation changes, and terminations
- Execute mass transaction loads in Workday as needed
- Optimizes data integrity by conducting regular audits and ensuring employee and job data are kept up to date and accurate
- Determine appropriate action to resolve duplicate, inaccurate or unclear information
- Provide support to HR and business managers on Workday and HR processes including position and organization management
- Support testing and roll-out of system enhancements, have a view on test cases, can challenge for adding more; specific to countries and processes
- Continuously identifying areas where we can improve accuracy, effectiveness and/or efficiency and then redesign the process
- Work cross functionally with HR, Finance, Legal and third-party vendors
- Complete other tasks and/or projects as assigned
- Keen eye to progressively improve process gaps and governance. Constantly give feedback to uplines on plugging process gaps
Required Skills/Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources/ Financial services, or in lieu of a degree 3-4 years of experience in Human Resources/ Financial services.
- 1-2 years of experience in Payroll, Statutory & Compliance, Workday and Process management
- Ability to multitask and willing to work in tough timelines
- Strong knowledge of MS office
Desired Skills/Knowledge:
- MBA or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Psychology or other related courses
- High Energy and Bias towards action;
- Fixes things before gaps become visible
- Proactively keeps line manager informed on metrics and SLAs
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Above average oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to meet goals in a fast-paced environment preferably supporting Multi Country Processes
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and professional image
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Should be able to design Excel Macros, Power Pivots, Formulas
- Proficiency on web-based applications
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources/ Financial services, or in lieu of a degree 3-4 years of experience in Human Resources/ Financial services.
Work Timings:7:00 am to 4:00 pm EST
