Role Summary/Purpose:
As AVP - Sys Admin & AI Solution Architect, you will be the Process Improvement Expert for AI within Source to Pay (S2P) organization. This includes building agents, launching preconfigured agents, and understanding where the best opportunities are to improve and connect processes in Synchrony. Also, you will have the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders and our AI working group to configure Procurement, Sourcing, Risk & Contracts modules of Synchrony’s Coupa system as per Synchrony’s Source to Pay organizations requirements. You will also collaborate with IT teams and Coupa teams for ticketing processes and fixing any issues.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Be a Process Improvement expert for AI within Source to Pay (S2P) organization in Synchrony
- Align with Coupa’s roadmap for AI Agents and collaborate with S2P cross functional teams and AI working group as part of enabling AI related functionalities in Coupa system as needed.
- Have experience in implementing Gen AI features and creating AI agents in any other widely used procurement applications
- Coordinate with Coupa team to provide all the requirements for Source to Pay use cases if any that need to be built within Coupa Agent Studio.
- Have hands-on experience in configuring Procurement / Sourcing modules – CLMA, Sourcing, and Supplier Management, for new implementations and continuous improvement projects
- Develop and maintain configuration timelines and documentation
- Review release notes for Coupa releases and propose process efficiencies in the system
- Lead the process to sanity check and test E2E new configurations along with defect tracking matrix for documentation and resolution of defects
- Collaborate with Coupa support team for resolution of any product issues/defects
- Active on Coupa Community to request new enhancements and to track the progress of new AI related features
- Assist in projects as required to support Source to Pay organization initiatives
- Mentor other team members to deepen understanding of AI concepts
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Graduate or Post-Graduate in any discipline with 5+ years of overall work experience in IT industry, or in lieu of a degree 7+ years of overall work experience in IT industry
- Minimum 5+ years of business knowledge in Procurement, Supplier Management, Contracts (CLMA), Sourcing, Accounts Payable
- 3+ years of experience in implementation of AI / Gen AI features, and Orchestration tools in any widely used procurement applications.
- High level of familiarity and understanding of AI/ML, Deep Learning and Gen AI concepts
- For Internal Applicants:
- Must not be in any corrective action plan (Formal/Final Formal) or PIP
- Employees who have completed 24 months in their current role and level are only eligible to apply.
