Role Summary/Purpose
In this role you will provide administrative support services to the Chief Security Officer (CSO) Organization: Senior Vice President, CSO and the related teams within this organization; Physical Security, Executive Protection, Crisis Management, Security and Fraud Investigations and Facilities programs. The ideal candidate must have exceptional organizational, interpersonal, communication, and computer (Microsoft Office) skills, and the ability to discreetly handle confidential information and work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Interact with SCM Senior Leadership, employees representing multi-functions, outside advisors in a professional and efficient manner.
- Planning & creating meetings and managing busy and complex calendars (including frequent calendar shifts)
- Assist in providing logistics and planning support for the Executive Protection Team to include, but not be limited to Arranging for complex travel plans and events and prepare/reconcile T&E and Purchase Card reports; Travel (book on-line flight reservations and coordinate all travel/meeting logistics)
- Effectively use computer and company software programs with strong emphasis on Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook (for appointments/email), Coupa (sourcing software) and Concur for T&E.
- Process invoices and ensure timely vendor payments
- Coordinate activities and meetings, planning for on-site and off-site events; includes coordination with outside parties
- Design and create presentation and proposal packages with some graphical content, as needed.
- Ensure documents are posted accurately and timely in preparation for meetings/conference calls
- Develop detailed requirements of projects and effectively provide direction and guidance to internal cross functional teams that align with overall project calls.
- Create and maintain project related documentation in knowledge repositories related to partner technology integration, products, and processes
- Participate in and provide administrative support for weekly project and stakeholder calls as required.
- Attend staff/team meetings as required
- Manage sourcing and purchase order processing
- Work closely with Facilities Management program, assisting in Supplier management of the vast third party suppliers.
- Assist in support of Synchrony’s Fleet Management program
- Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 6+ years in a project manager/administrator role, specifically supporting corporate security and facilities operations
- 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required

Grade/Level: 10
The salary range for this position is 75,000.00 - 130,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.

You will be required to commute to your nearest Hub (either virtual or physical) for in-person engagement activities such as regular business or team meetings, training and culture events.

Eligibility Requirements:
- You must be 18 years or older
- You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
- You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
- New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).
