Role Summary/Purpose:
The Senior Vice President, Global HR Process Transformation & Systems is an innovative HR executive responsible for designing, leading, and executing an enterprise-wide strategy that integrates Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions into all aspects of Human Resources. This leader will drive AI Transformation for HR by leveraging AI and advanced analytics to optimize workforce management, employee experience, talent acquisition, and people operations. The SVP will also oversee the HRIS function, with a particular focus on Workday, ensuring robust data integrity, seamless system integration, and process automation across the employee lifecycle.
This role repots into our SVP, Total Rewards and leads a team of HRIS/AI/Analytics professionals across the US and Asia.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Define and advance the company’s AI in HR vision, partnering with HR and business leaders to prioritize, pilot, and scale AI solutions that optimize decision-making and employee outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deploy AI-driven initiatives (e.g., talent analytics, personalized learning, intelligent recruiting, predictive workforce planning).
- Establish practical AI governance models to ensure ethical, responsible, and compliant use of AI in HR.
- Identify emerging AI technology trends and assess their applicability to HR processes.
- Provide strategic oversight and thought leadership for the company’s global HRIS portfolio, with a primary emphasis on Workday (HCM, Payroll, Talent, Compensation, etc.).
- Own HRIS strategy, implementation roadmap, optimization, and upgrades; drive process reengineering and system enhancements to increase efficiency and user experience.
- Ensure HR data quality, security, and compliance, collaborating with IT and other stakeholders.
- Build and lead high-performing teams encompassing AI & HR analytics, HRIS, and digital HR transformation specialists.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, digital innovation, and deep partnership with all areas of HR and the enterprise.
- Serve as a strategic advisor on HR digital transformation to the executive team.
- Lead change management efforts to promote adoption of new AI solutions and HRIS functionalities by HR professionals, people managers, and employees.
- Oversee and support the evaluation and design of AI use cases for all HR process.
- Act as the HR AI POC for the other AI/tech teams that do or will exist across the company.
- Measure and communicate outcomes to ensure ROI on technology and AI investments.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years’ progressive leadership experience in HR, with significant focus on HR technology (Workday a must) and digital transformation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven track record implementing and scaling artificial intelligence/machine learning solutions within HR (e.g., in talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee experience).
- Expertise leading large-scale, global HRIS/Workday projects, including process design, configuration, integration, data governance, and change management.
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, data privacy, and regulatory compliance in HR.
- Exceptional leadership, team-building, and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Strong project management and vendor negotiation abilities.
- Analytical and strategic thinker, passionate about future of work and digital HR innovation.
- Excellent written/oral communication and presentation skills.
- Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.
Preferred Skills:
- Professional certifications in Workday, People Analytics, or similar.
- Experience with other HR platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
- Background in organizational design or workforce transformation.
- Demonstrated thought leadership in AI and digital HR (speaking, writing, or industry participation).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Global HR experience, working in a matrixed environment.
Grade/Level: 15
The salary range for this position is 200,000.00 - 330,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.

You will be required to commute to your nearest Hub (either virtual or physical) for in-person engagement activities such as regular business or team meetings, training and culture events.
*Field Sales and some Commercial team roles may have varied location requirements based upon partner obligations or preferences.
Eligibility Requirements:
- You must be 18 years or older
- You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
- You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
- New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).
