- Partner closely with Engineering, UX/Design, Data Science, Compliance, Legal, Fraud, and Operations to deliver high-quality releases
- Coordinate with Marketing on go-to-market plans, customer communications, and feature adoption campaigns
- Manage vendor and third-party partner relationships where applicable (e.g., core banking integrations, EWS, Yoodle, etc…)
- Define KPIs and success metrics for all products and initiatives (e.g., funnel conversion, activation rates, deposit balances, NPS)
- Present performance updates and executive-level readouts to senior stakeholders
- Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned

Desired Characteristics:
- Experience working and successfully influencing cross-functional teams
- Exceptional relationship building
- Strong analytical skills and digital technology skills
- Strong understanding of deposit products (DDA, savings, CDs, money market) and associated regulatory landscape (Reg D, Reg E, FDIC)
- Demonstrated ability to deliver end-to-end digital experiences on web and mobile
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar)
- Customer obsession with a strong eye for UX/UI quality
