We develop data and analytics solutions, aimed at optimizing product and platform performance, enhancing customer and partner experience, and supporting business win with the power of analytics.

Credit

We use powerful and proprietary insights about customer risk and credit behaviours to inform credit decision-making across the customer lifecycle. We develop strategies and evaluate emerging algorithms to help safely expand credit access.

Our caring culture extends to the communities where we live and work. We're proud to support several charitable organizations that promote education and environmental and economic stability. Together, we make an impact, drive positive change and bring hope to those who need it most.

NASSCOM FOUNDATION

Together, we support over 200 students from economically marginalized communities through a Scholarship Program, helping them pursue their academic dreams. Serving both urban and rural regions, this program aligns with United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

In a parallel effort, the Students Skilling & Employability Program provides 100 underprivileged youth with the skills they need to build a better future for themselves. With critical IT skills training, certifications and industry exposure, the initiative is designed to empower them to enter the workforce with confidence.

U&I Trust

This partnership builds an innovative, tech-driven skilling platform that offers accessible and localized resources tailored to the needs of first-generation learners and job seekers from underprivileged communities. It’s designed to enable self-learning and prepare students for the challenges of the modern job market.

Complementing the platform, the Pathways to Success Program integrates personalized mentorship to guide students through their unique learning journeys, ensuring they receive both the tools and the support needed to transition successfully into higher education or the workforce.

The Pathways to Learning Program addresses the educational needs of children from low-income communities that lack access to quality education, struggling with foundational skills and career readiness. Through this initiative, we are providing after-school tutoring, focusing on individualized attention to students aged 7-21, aiding in their academic and holistic development.

SOHAM ACADEMY

Our journey with Robotics in Academia has been incredible as we continue to unveil and introduce the world of robotics to students across the states of Telangana, Maharashtra, Jharkhand and Karnataka, sparking passion for innovation and creativity in countless young minds. These students not only build robots but are developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to solve real-world problems close to them. With 28,000+ students, we are helping build a better future for these students, one innovation at a time.

NIRMAAN ORGANIZATION

The Disruptive Digital Intervention at Government High Schools across India aims to provide students with access to technology, equip them with essential Artificial Intelligence (AI) skills, fostering innovation and critical thinking from an early age. With the rapid advancement of AI, we are partnering to set up AI Labs and upgrading existing Digital Labs into AI Labs, along with a dedicated computer instructor.
