Role Summary/Purpose:

Reporting to the SVP, Operations, with a dotted line to the VP, Inside Sales, this role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a remote, high-impact team of Inside Sales Practice Development Specialists and Enrollment Members, in the Philippines, responsible for Manila and Cebu as we continue to expand our inside sales team. We’re seeking a Sales Manager with proven sales experience and a strong track record of leading teams to consistently exceed targets through a consultative sales model—building trusted advisor relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions that drive enrollment of new practices and accelerate purchase volume growth across diverse specialties. As a hands-on leader, you will hire, coach, and inspire your team while collaborating with senior sales and cross-functional leaders to develop and execute innovative sales strategies. This role offers remote work flexibility combined with opportunities for in-person connection to foster strong team culture and relationships. Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead the remote hiring, onboarding, training, and development of a high performing Inside Sales Practice Development Specialists (PDS) and Enrollment team, driving impactful execution of national and regional sales and marketing initiatives within a consultative sales model.
  • Ignite rapid business growth by driving bold acquisition strategies and leading the enrollment of new practices across diverse CareCredit markets—including dental, veterinary, cosmetic, vision, audiology, and specialty practices—turning opportunities into record-breaking results.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously refine training programs, call listening initiatives, and coaching practices to ensure the team remains sharp and proficient in the consultative sales process, enabling them to consistently engage in meaningful sales conversations and exceed performance goals.
  • Leverage sales enablement and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Seismic, Tableau) to gain actionable insights into client needs, team performance, and market trends, enabling data-driven coaching and targeted growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Technology, Operations, Quality Assurance, Training, and Client Leadership teams to design and deploy sales tools, resources, and campaigns that align with growth objectives and maximize portfolio performance.
  • Own and drive key sales performance metrics—including enrollment rates, purchase volume per provider, and account growth—through rigorous reporting, data analysis, and continuous operational excellence.
  • Deliver impactful, data-driven coaching by conducting regular one-on-ones, ad hoc feedback sessions, and formal performance reviews grounded in benchmark metrics, quality assurance insights, and real-time call listening to elevate sales effectiveness.
  • Foster a strong, inclusive team culture within a remote work environment by implementing leadership development programs that enhance morale, motivation, and diversity and inclusion, ensuring high employee engagement and retention.
  • Ensure unwavering adherence to all internal compliance standards, regulatory requirements, and sales governance policies, safeguarding integrity, consistency, and customer trust across the inside sales organization.
  • Capture, analyze, and communicate Voice of the Customer feedback to industry leadership, supporting product innovation and elevated customer experience.
  • Establish and maintain a regular operating rhythm through monthly business reviews and strategic planning sessions to align team activities with company-wide goals and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage the remote hiring, onboarding, training, and development of a high performing Inside Sales Practice Development Specialists (PDS) and Enrollment team, driving impactful execution of national and regional sales and marketing initiatives.  
  • Lead and contribute to special projects and business-wide initiatives as assigned, supporting overall organizational success and growth.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales, Sales Management, Financial Services, or inside sales within complex or consultative sales organizations.
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience with direct people management responsibilities. 
  • Minimum of 2+ years inside sales experience. 
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional, cross-cultural teams. 
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and solid knowledge of CRM Salesforce.com functionality and reporting capabilities. 
  • Flexible to occasionally visit our Cebu office to foster team engagement and business alignment.
  • Must be willing to travel as needed between our hubs in the Phillippeans.  

For internal applicants:

  • Must be in current role for at least 24 months
  • must not be on active CAP (Formal/Final Formal)

Desired Qualifications:

  • Excellent sales leadership and coaching abilities. 
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, including written, oral, and nonverbal. 
  • Strong finance and business acumen with proficiency in time management systems. 
  • In-depth understanding of customer financial drivers and needs. 
  • Passionate about coaching, mentoring, and building strong interpersonal connections 
  • Experience in dental, medical, and marketing sales sectors. 
  • Proven ability to work remotely and independently.
