Role Summary/Purpose:
The VP Marketing Enablement leader will drive strategic initiatives to empower the commercial organization through targeted marketing programs, data-driven insights, and effective enablement tools. Reporting to the SVP, H+W Marketing Operations, this leader is responsible for developing and executing marketing enablement strategies that improve sales productivity, enhance customer engagement, and align marketing efforts with business goals.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of marketing enablement initiatives that support sales teams in achieving their targets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and serve as the strategic connector between marketing, sales, product, and analytics teams to prioritize, standardize, and socialize marketing content across sales organization.
- Develop and manage marketing enablement reporting dashboards to provide actionable insights on program effectiveness, pipeline progression, and business impact.
- Utilize data analytics to identify gaps, optimize marketing and sales processes, and recommend strategic adjustments.
- Leverage sales enablement technologies and platforms and partner with sales enablement team for scalable distribution of content and use by Sales and Marketing [e.g. salesforce and seismic].
- Stay current with industry, competitive trends and best practices to innovate and elevate enablement programs.
- Support additional strategic, operational and process oriented projects in support of the broader Marketing Operations team.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or, in lieu of a degree, a high school equivalent plus 10 years in marketing.
- 8+ years of experience in sales enablement, marketing operations, or related roles within a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of leading marketing enablement initiatives that drive measurable revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics, reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement (e.g., Seismic)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Process oriented with the ability to perform due diligence, strategize new approaches and lead implementation
- Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
Desired Characteristics:
- MBA preferred.
- Experience managing teams and developing talent.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies and buyer journey mapping.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and AI-driven marketing technologies.
- Experience working in highly regulated industries is a plus.
Grade/Level: 13
The salary range for this position is 130,000.00 - 210,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.
Eligibility Requirements:
- You must be 18 years or older
- You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
- You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
- New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).
